★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous customer service from Samantha, highly recommend Better Bathrooms to any and everyone needing plumbing fixtures. Besides taking excellent care of her customers, I compared BB's pricing to two other major suppliers and she was the best on every item we required. Experienced a couple small hiccups throughout the ordering process (what renovation goes perfectly smooth? NONE! LOL) but the issues were handled efficiently, swiftly, and gracefully. Will definitely be back!

Samantha was a dream to deal with and went above and beyond in her customer service. She searched around to find the exact sink I wanted (we can all thank pintrest for our unreasonable demands) , got us the best prices, and everything arrived in a timely fashion. I could not be happier with our fixtures and service they provided. Would recommend this company (and especially Samantha) a million times over.
