K	Kim Lapointe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bus 411 in the week days is always late i'm not talking about 3 minutes i'm talking about 10-15 minutes everyday ! you should adjust your time people wants to get to work on time !!!!!!!!!!!!

M	Matthew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The station is rarely too busy to get on the very next bus that you need, the building itself is new and clean, and the administrative staff are friendly and helpful. The only odd thing about this station is the kiosk that looks like it's meant to host a mini convenience store that has remained vacant since the station opened.
C	Colby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good bus station with plenty of bus routes that go around Sherwood Park and out into Edmonton. The staff are really friendly and helpful and it is always clean. The parking here is the only downside as it is an absolute joke.

The bus picked me up a solid 5-7 minutes late (could be traffics fault) but they shouldve notified the other drivers that theyd be late or something because when i got there, busses were leaving when i had just arrived! Plus my bus was parked on the opposite side from where i needed to go so i tried sprinting to my bus, no luck it was already gone, had to alter my plans since id be waiting for a new bus multiple experiences where the bus driver stops before parking in their spot to talk to other drivers, it would be better if they talked later since i usually have to sprint in order to catch the bus before it leaves usually have good experiences, just had to vent, hope no one else had to experience this
l	louise pearce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best in Alberta I would say. I lost my mittens on a bus and they were waiting for me the next day. I was elated. Need bus shelters on the local stops not benches it's always to cold and windy to sit on the new benches but they look nice. Clean comfortable waiting area and no shady characters hanging about.
S	Shannon Barkely on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried taking 411. One of the buses broke down but the driver came out and apologized and she was so sweet so we were ok with waiting another half hour. When the other bus came, the guy didn’t even look us in the eye and was incredibly rude. The macewan bus schedule was not accurate as the buses that arrived weren’t in service or didn’t even show. Some people need buses to be reliable for jobs and school. I don’t even know when the next bus is coming and if the driver will let us on
M	Margaret Borgia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well planned and well maintained bus terminal. Easy to access and transit information is easily available. Lot of space to sit. Vending machines, ATM, coin change machine, washrooms are also in the premises. It's not open at later hours at night, even though busses are still running. That's my one complaint. Otherwise it's pretty nice. Has some interesting art installations too.
