โ โ โ โ โ Great little hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, pet friendly. The pool was heated and the kids had a blast. The breakfast bags were a nice touch since the buffet was closed due to Covid. We would definitely stay here again!

โ โ โ โ โ The pool was amazing. But the walls were very thin and loud drinkers with children running up and down the hall wasn't great. Breakfast wass lovely. Such a wonderful hostess and friendly desk staff.
My sister slipped and fell into the drain near the whirlpool. She was badly hurt. The woman at the desk gave her dirty looks and offered no kindness or compensation. I spent hours w her after getting medical attention and she still isn't walking well. This was dangerous and there should be a sign . The lid was not on properly. Be careful. She could have broken her leg. Surprised the staff offered no help.

โ โ โ โ โ Decent Best Western, stayed there twice so far this year. Some conflicting information from different front desk people which messed up our reservation, but it was slight dealt with (not really tho, I didn't talk to a manager). Restaurants pretty close to it, which was nice to get dinner from. Beds could be a little more comfortable, but I'm very picky on my bed.

โ โ โ โ โ We got a room with the jacuzzi tub and it was totally worth it. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The only downside is that due to covid, their breakfast was not hot food that was ready. They still had a lot of selection, breakfast sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, muffins, etc. but the sandwiches were pre-made and they did not have milk for tea or coffee (they said they don't keep any - ever - just cream). In the end, we still had a great and comfortable stay. I would recommend this hotel and we would go there again for sure.

โ โ โ โ โ Would describe hotel as ultimately disappointing. First, the hotel downgraded our room without alerting us (a change which would have made us find different lodgings if we knew ahead of time). Second, the "alternative option" to our downgraded room was non-functional when we tried to access it. The staff person was kind and apologetic but powerless to help (did not have access to correct keys to fix the issue).

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent cleaning protocol, great staff, and even though it's beside a busy road, the street noise wasn't bad. Suggest that if you're at the front near the street, you can put the air on continuous fan which keeps white noise drowning out most of the street noise.

โ โ โ โ โ Front desk staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Quiet room with all the amenities. Lobby had seating for us to visit with guests in front of the fire. Snacks and drinks available for purchase. Great location, better prices than other chains.

โ โ โ โ โ My wife and I were down from the OK for a wedding. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and rooms were nicely laid out as well. The breakie was your typical continental but enough to jump start your day.
The customer service here was 10/10 which really sets this place apart from anywhere else we have stayed. Great job to all who work here!
