โ โ โ โ โ Clean, renovated rooms with terrific mountain views! There is no breakfast included with the room and only 2 bottled waters, and two coffees is what you'll find in your "mini-bar". I appreciated very much that the room did not stink and felt pleasant and clean! Thank you! Location is great-right across Guildford Mall!

โ โ โ โ โ We had a great time at this hotel. Our room was on the 17th floor with a great view, the pool was heated, and we had one of the best breakfasts ever (the breakfast team is doing an excellent job btw). Parking is $15 per night (underground parking).

โ โ โ โ โ It was very expensive not what I expected. Stayed 2 days had no microwave that was a first. Gave 2 bottle of water for 2 days stay. No one passed and clean or replenish anything within the 2 days. I been to much nicer hotel that cost way less. They make you pay for parking then charge you again when you checking out if you don't let them know. Sorry my first time there and I don't recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ Stayed over the winter holidays. The lobby was tastefully decorated. Updated rooms, clean and following COVID protocols effectively. We ordered take out from the restaurant - food was hot and delicious, portions were larger than we expected for the price. Steps away from Guilford mall and lots of restaurants, this hotel is very centrally located and would be appropriate for those who do not plan to rent a vehicle during their stay. The hotel felt safe with 24 hour security. Guests need to use their keycard for entry late at night or speak to the security guard for entry. Overall an excellent value. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends when they come to town.

โ โ โ โ โ Stayed for 2 nights when in area for family dinner. Disappointed hotel did not have wheelchair accessible rooms for Elite traveller's. I hate making a choice between being upgraded or being comfortable. It is ashame that on the 2 floors of club rooms one has not been renovated to provide wheelchair access. It would be fairly easy to do as they already have walk in showers. Breakfast was good and they were able to provide me gluten free options. Disappointed with some of the other Elite benefits that the website indicated are provided such as evening appies and non alcoholic drinks. While the club lounge is closed there was no reason those people should not have been able to get those items from the lobby area where breakfast was provided.

โ โ โ โ โ Decent hotel in Surrey. Friendly staff. Hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beds are good! Actually the pillow here was among the best I've ever used. Wish I had gotten the brand name.
The conference center side felt a little disorganized, not much for our event signage and the audio had a crazy buzzing noise for my presentation, but it did the job.
I recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay for a night or two.

โ โ โ โ โ Beautiful and large cozy rooms! Great views! The fitness centre is amazing with lots of light and equipment choices. Nice open pool area with outdoor patio seatings etc. Must be nice to come here with a larger group or family. I didn't get to try the restaurant due to covid. Liked the convenient underground parking. Regret not staying here before for all these years I had been travelling for work.

โ โ โ โ โ Had a great stay. The room was always cleaned and the staff were super friendly.
Went to get some coffee and breakfast at the grab and go each day. The food wasn't special but the people at the desk helping me were very inviting and made sure I was taken care of.
