★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had such a lovely stay at this hotel. We had a lakefront facing room and the view was magnificent. The entire staff was outstanding and would highly recommend this hotel. Jackie from front desk gave us valuable suggestions for dining options which literally saved our vacation stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have stayed here a few times, and this time was down the toilet. It was a milestone anniversary for us, and we were so disappointed in the hotel this time around. The rooms are getting old and need upgrading. The toilet seat was loose. The air conditioner barely cooled the room, but the worst thing was zero maid service. We called to let them know the maid hadn't made up our room yet, and they said we wouldn't have maid service during our stay (they couldn't have mentioned that when we made the reservation?). Yet we paid full price for the room. Fewer services but same price in the name of the "new ABnormal." They are in a prime location obviously, but people need to be aware that this Best Western is NOT like other Best Westerns.

From the Front desk to the cleaning staff and the very nice young ladies who provided and looked after the wonderful breakfasts the staff could not of ben more accommodating and friendly. Clean and inviting from the moment you stepped into the hotel. For a smaller footprint from the normal Best Western, this place still had all the amenities one would want in a hotel ( we loved and used the pet friendly option/room). The pool and hot tub area was spotless and an enjoyable area for the families. Trevor at the Front Desk was quick with a smile and greeting each time we walked by and provided great advice about local business and restaurants. This location is very close to the beach and the local hotspots, yet just far enough away to enjoy a quiet evening if one so choose. We will definitely be back to use and stay at this great facility. Thank -you for providing a great guest experience for all of us.

Trevor at the front desk is very helpful, He takes customer service to a whole new level, our family has booked this hotel many times over the years.
