★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the room was super clean and neat, the staff, the welcome, the fact that the restaurant was always booked, and the spa aswell, made me really not enjoy the stay. We had people walking into our room before check out time, phone calls requiring us to leave before checkout time and overall super dissapointed in the hotel staff . Breakfast that we had to pick up and supper that we had to pick up was super salty and the choices for the menu were so limited, the restaurant itself couldnt also explain why we had such limited options. I understand covid is affected many of us, but I also believe that this hotel took advantage of the situation in order to limit their work load.
I found the staff also very rude and not welcoming what so ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bookes my stay to celebrate my hubby'S bday and at the same time, rate the place for future business congresses. I really loved the place. The room is so clean and the layout of the bathroom is nice and modern. The view on the lake is breath taking in the morning. The food at the restaurant is very tasty and well presented. The restaurant itself is very nice at night, with their dimed lights and nice ambience. Loved the breakfast table d'hôte!
The only things i would change, is have more staff for breakfast at they seamed very under staffed. The work on the quality of the wifi, specially when you need it to work.
Overall, by the end of our stay, we were relaxed and we ate like kings. I prefer trying new hotels every time for a stay but this one, i would definitely go back to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lake view rooms are gorgeous! The location is quiet and relaxing. The hotel is very clean and nicely appointed. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. There aren’t many restaurant options in the area. The on-site restaurant is ok but not a lot of options. The spa and therapeutic pool is only for adults so our son wasn’t allowed to go in. The bathroom lacks any kind of privacy there are no doors that completely shut for the toilet. The shower is extremely slippery with no non slip strips my son and I kept slipping and falling while in the shower. The toiletries weren’t a great scent and they are in bottles that a precious guest is able to open, I would prefer mini one time use bottles or dispensers on the wall. The fridge in the room wasn’t very cold but we were happy with our room. The price of the room was a little high considering the location and lack of amenities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent one night at this hotel. We purchased a package deal that included dinner and breakfast. Upon arrival we went to our room. It was spacious, with a modern style of decor. It also was extremely clean and had a great view of the bay. Since restaurants are closed due to Covid 19, the 4 service gourmet dinner is brought to the room. Each service arrives at timed intervals. The food was delicious. As for breakfast, you can opt for a choice of about 10 items on the menu. Our choices were delicious and the portions were generous. All in all, this is good value for a short getaway. Thanks to the hotel staff for making feel welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful retreat! I purchased the gastronomic package and everything has been perfect.
The spa was very relaxing and the esthetician Nicole was lovely.
The bistro was phenomenal, some of the best food I’ve ever had in a restaurant and the staff was very kind as I muddled through with my rusty French.
The room was beautiful, very modern and stocked with delicious drinks. The sunsets over the golf course were so beautiful.
My only criticism is the high traffic road outside of the spas relaxation area which takes away from the vibe, but that cannot be controlled.
I will definitely be back and recommending!
