First female I spoke with would not give me a price but said she would take the order. I told her I needed a price before I placed the order. She put me on hold another female equally rude came to the phone. I said that I was on hold, said "no you are now talking to me". I said I wanted to place an order and needed a price. I mentioned that the stone I was looking for is currently being produced, she "replied I know nothing about this", (not let me look into this for you) again she would not provide a price. When I said then I will call someone else, she replied "go ahead". We deal with several different suppliers of stone never ever had I had such a horrible experience trying to place an order... perhaps Best Way has now become too big to care. If I could leave no stars for the two girls I spoke with then I would... they do not belong in customer service.

This is during Phase 2 of the reopening. I’m sorry but it’s very easy to attend customers outdoors, following social distancing and mask protocols. Good luck trying to place an order. Their delivery charges are also exorbitant. Visit one of their dealers to get a much better price and service!
A	Andres on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mixed experience. Yard staff was easy to interact with. Still you get the perception of a corporate culture that is defensive, ready to blame the customer. However, easy to deal, respectful. Office staff, a complete disappointment. Customer service rep was aggressive and self-righteous from the start of the interaction. Treated me as I was doing something wrong just by buying product from them, even after spending about 20k on their products. The customer service rep, treated me with Disrespect, was arrogant, offensive, discriminatory, and pretending I wanted to take advantage of a refund. Office staff Gang-up to find blame on me as a customer. I can only say if these office staff represents the corporate culture of BWS, this must be an awful environment to work in, and not a business you can ever want to spend your money at. I would give the Weston BWS location a zero for their overall disrespect and treatment of the customer, it is really a shame.

As someone who has no knowledge regarding landscaping, and choosing stones for my back yard, their staff was professional and provided the best advice. They worked with me every step of the way, and their vast amount of product covered all my wants and needs. They were able to work within my budget, which I appreciated very much. I cannot recommend Best Way Stone enough, and I have them to thank for my beautiful yard!

Not only did they provide outstanding customer service when diligently answering my difficult questions regarding their many services. The attention to detail is incredible and the high level quality of stones they manufacture has literally left me speechless after the amazing experience when using their products to completely transform my beautiful backyard into a paradise oasis. We used many interlocking stones around our pool and sauna, where each stoned was carefully and masterfully crafted to our custom renovation. They are leaders in their industry and true professionals when it comes to delivering outstanding results. I am beyond amazed by the high quality stones they manufacture, the passion behind this company is immaculately displayed through every inch of my new backyard. I can’t wait to do the front interlocking and drive way this summer! It’s a no-brainer when deciding which company to use, they truly are masters of details and perfection when it comes to materials and their level of service. I am so impressed and they come highly recommended. Their commercials and advertising accurately reflect the quality and beautiful finishes they provide on all their services and materials. The team is so friendly, engaging and helpful. Best Way Stone exceeded all my expectations.
