There are many competent teachers with good personalities, and they know how to teach students whose native language are not English. And students can change class schedules at their convenience if somethings come up unexpectedly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Speak with confidence,” Berlitz rashly promised me in its course materials. After years of taking different French courses in both Toronto and Nice, not only was I still not speaking with confidence, but I was not sure that I ever would. Fortunately, Berlitz really is different. I was encouraged to be part of the support team of admin and teaching staff who all got to know me and genuinely wanted me to succeed. I chose the length of each lesson and had my timetable built around my existing schedule. Because the classes are one on one, I could feel comfortable asking questions and my instructors could personalize each lesson to meet my interests and experience. This led to sessions full of real conversation and laughter.
If you are self-conscious about speaking in another language, don’t give up. Go immediately to Berlitz and get ready to have fun and to believe in yourself.
