Benny was great to work with when it came to buying my first home. From our initial contact, Benny was prompt in setting up a consultation meeting and provided expert advice to help us generate and prioritize goals for selling our home and putting together criteria for a house search that was consistent with our hopes, needs, and means, while also realistic with current market demands, trends, and listings. Despite very short-timelines between viewings and offers, he was able to set up multiple showings and gave us a thorough and up-to-date assessment and expert advice on minor and major property maintenance needs, neighborhood trends, and more. In the nerve-wracking, emotional, and time-sensitive experience of being part of a bidding war with numerous (9) offers, Benny helped us submit escalating offers that were competitive, but stayed within our means, with a sense of confidence and peace of either outcome. In the end we won the bidding war and moved in a month later!!! The cherry on top of the cake was that he helped us sell our starter home shortly thereafter for well-above asking price. Overall, he made the whole buying and selling process a much easier and smoother experience than we expected for a family with young preschool children and two working parents. He exceeded our expectations and we can't recommend him enough!
