He cared about our happiness and was not just wanting to sell us the first house we saw like the other realtors did. Michael did not see us as a clients but treated us as a family. He has outstanding knowledge about the market and housing structure. His excellent tips and advise help us in our decisions. We would highly recommend him for his compassionate professional approach. Throughout the nearly four month process we saw countless houses and Erin was always excited to show us each one. My work schedule is very sporadic and last minute but no matter when or how short notice, Erin always made time to show us the houses we were interested in. Even those that she probably knew weren't up our ally, even just seeing them to rule them out. She always showed up with a smile on her face and knowledge about the house we were looking at, always doing her research beforehand. I sometimes didn't know how she found the time to do all of that for us while dealing with her own properties and other clients but she always did! A very genuine and honest person with great knowledge of the market and she has built many relationships in the industry. She was professional, eager to help, and understanding of our situation. Erin was willing to show us properties even before we had officially signed on with the Walker Group. She was patient and helpful while we got a feel of where we wanted to be. At no time did she make us feel like we were wasting her time. Once we found the condo we were looking for she helped us with attaining it for less than asking. She and Michael then quickly put our current property on the market and made it look spectacular with their professional photographs and video. This hardworking duo held two open houses over one weekend and presented us with multiple offers. We ended up selling over asking. Throughout this whole process, Erin has answered all our questions in a prompt and timely manner, as well as made herself readily available to us. You can really tell he takes his job seriously and is a go getter. He knows what to look for in a house (whether its got good bones, electricals, grading etc.) which really helped us as we were first time home buyers. He has a ton of connections and can get you the help you need when it comes time to purchase a home. The thing that we really liked about Michael is how fast he responds to our text messages. Time is money and he definitely respects your time! We bought our house in Nov 2021 and with this crazy sellers market right now, most realtors would push their buyers to make crazy bids just to have a win, but we never felt that with Michael! He let us decide what we were comfortable with even if he knew the house we were interested in was going to go above our offer. He was never pushy at making a higher offer or taking conditions out to make our offer "better" and we really appreciated that! We have referred Michael to my brother and they were really happy with him as well! 10000000% would recommend Michael to our friends and family!!!
