Ashley assisted us in the purchase of our new condo. Communication is very important to us & they receive an A+ in that category. Our questions were answered promptly & there was never a time where we were left wondering. Derek & Ashley were both very professional & personable. Our only complaint was at the end of the whole process. Would have been nice to receive a thank-you to show their appreciation. A small gesture to say "hey, thanks for your business " can go a long way. I actually reached out to Ashley after settling into our new condo & received no response. We never heard a peep from Derek after the sale of our home. That was disappointing. When you fork over almost $17,000.00 in real estate fees, it would be nice to feel like they appreciated our business!

Be sure he is only working for himself. Do yourself a favor find someone else. I only wish there was a 0 rating.
