G	Gd Balfour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went today to match a paint with enough to use the analyzer. Instead staff tried to match manually for an hour. When I returned home the paint was still too light. They wasted my time, money and now I still have to go to a store where they will use the analyzer.
M	M Carson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I recently visited this Benjamin Moore store because the other location in Steveston that we normally go too wasn't able to mix paint due to machine issues. These things happen I understand. Despite having to reroute ourselves, I have to say, it's worth the extra drive to this location! Super helpful & friendly staff. A man greeted us with a hello & smile when we walked in. And this girl Sherry helped us and was highly knowledgable with everything. Excellent with colour (I think she's a designer there) and very professional like she's been doing this a long time. They were super busy, but she managed to juggle a few customers while making sure we were all ok. That's customer service ! We'll be back for sure & recommend others!

The guy at the front counter just kept saying he need to sell me a larger can instead of a sample can. I insisted to have a sample can, and suffering from his poker face. I wanna to switch to semi gloss instead of eggshell before he mix my can, and he just ignored me and just dropped off the eggshell can and invoice me. This type of rep is such a shame to such a higher end brand.

Always so helpful. Very professional. The designers were very educated and personalable as well, along with the management. As young as they seemed, you could tell the experience they had so we were never doubtful of their guidance. Dealt with Jezzamy, Ninette and a few other staff. Moved to Richmond and was equally impressed with this location. Same ownership, so the expertise was evident. Very knowledgeable with colour and product. Worked with a designer named Sherry who educated me immensely on the stages to take on with a new build! Definitely go visit Broadway and Richmond !

When I brought in photos of an unexpected result with one of the exterior wood products they carry, they took it all the way up the line. I was impressed by their positive solutions-oriented team approach. Now my home looks the way we'd dreamed and is well protected against the elements. They could not have done more to earn my respect and repeat business. Many thanks!

Cherry makes any situation seem possible. Her attention to detail and personable demeanour allows customers to feel confident in the advice she gives. Came in late yesterday, while juggling a few customers she made sure with ease that everyone was well looked after. I’ve worked for Proctor & Gamble for 25+ years and hired / seen employees in all different scopes of expertise. Any company would benefit having her as an employee. Cherry amazed myself & my wife. We highly recommend to go see her!
