β β β β β Have yet to drink it, but the fact that after looking around at Hamilton and Robson as their address is on Robson, i found they are in the Vancouver Library building. I went up to the entrance of the building, all the door's locked, which is normal, it's at 9:50, they close at 11pm btw.
I called them, they cam out of their store within the Library, I waved and told them I'm here to pick up order. They said I have to go to Georgia side. So i have to walk around the block to the other entrance (slight short cut on Hamilton 3/4 way up) and all the doors are also locked.
I have to call them again and tell them all the doors are also locked on this side. They went to grab my order and opened the door from inside (their store is not near the middle about 20 ft further from the Robson side). So is it just because the employee don't want to walk that 20 steps so they have to make me walk a block and back (I of course parked my car by Robson, pay parking in effect), or is there something else?
Anyone else experienced this before?

β β β β β The bubble tea is great, I actually love the mango pudding one so much. But, every time I try to go, Iβm unable to get through the doors to get inside the Library Square Building because itβs after a certain hour (but definitely not that late!). We have even called before and we were asked to walk all the way around even though the guy can see us already. I have tried at least 3x to go but still no luck. Super frustrating. I recommend checking them out during the daytime when the library building doors are open or perhaps ordering online for delivery instead. You may have better luck with getting your bubble tea at night that way. On another note, service can also be improved, but noted that this is a newly opened location and they may still be working some things out.

β β β β β Worst ever. Ordered through delivery apps. They adjusted the price without my consent after placing the order. Got charged 40% more.
Ordered no sugar but they gave me 100% sugar.
Thereβs better option nearby. Will not order from here again!

β β β β β 5/5 for taste/quality of the drinks and desserts.
-1 for convenience. Specifically ordering from Doordash and Fantuan frequently has issues. Whether it's with options such as sugar/ice level being missing, or with the option to order from this location being completely unavailable despite the shop being open.
Additionally, a strange business decision to have the opening hours of 1-11PM in a Library/Office area when the library building it's located in is closed 8:30PM weekdays and 6:00PM weekends. I've come here many times around 10/11AM or earlier while colleagues grab coffee but cannot get a drink since it opens much much later. Not sure how much business they have after 6/8:30PM when you can't even get inside the building but following the building hours would be ideal.

β β β β β Ordered the peach sparkling tea again because it's very good. We paid $2 extra to have mini pearls but end up ONLY a few pearls in each tea. This is not acceptable.
