★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a young professional who moved from Toronto to Guelph. I viewed a singled bedroom apartment at Belle Ayre with the building manager and was happy to see how modern the appliances were. There was fresh paint and the unit I moved into was clean and has very elaborate ceiling plaster design that looks very classy. A parking space was offered, I'm close to Exhibition park, the building managers are very helpful and talented and rent is very reasonable. I'm glad I found a place here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved here from Edmonton, site unseen. The two bedroom apartment we rented was extremely spacious with lots of natural light. The whole building was very quiet. The building managers are very friendly, quick to respond, and extremely awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved in almost 2 years and have had nothing but positive experience. The superintendents keep the building very clean and well maintained in the winter. The snow is consistently removed after a big dumping and garbage is picked up regularly. Any issues we have had the superintendents are very quick to resolve them and are very understanding. The apartment is rented for a very good price and we have recommended the building to more than one person looking for a place to live. We have no plans on leaving anytime soon because we know we will not find another building with so many positives and so little cons
