He was so generous with his time, I’m sure he’s given beginners a tutorial many times before, but he was just as attentive, thorough, and engaging with me. I felt so comfortable with my new violin and I’m grateful for Jim’s excellent service. Recommend this store 100%!

He demoed everything, and even suggested an item to solve my problem at a lower price so "you don't buy something you don't need" even though it would have meant less money for the shop. Honest business dealings are more rare these days so it is appreciated. Shop is clean, well lit and organized, though it can feel a bit overwhelming when you first walk in, you'll be treated wonderfully. I cannot recommend this business enough.

Rented a violin and even found an instructor he recommended (based on location, he had a diverse number of AMAZING instructors in all parts of the city) my entry level violin was great value. Highly recommended. Edit: I forgot to mention how fantastic the rental program is. Jim even gave me a call when I had to replace my visa, the payment was late and I should have been charged accordingly but he waived that clause! And a quick shout to the lovely, kind woman who works there.

It would have been a tremendous hassle buying and selling all those violins and bows as he grew. We are so grateful for the rent to own program! We just purchased a full size Zachary and our son is over the moon. He loves playing it as it seems to be a bit of an upgrade from the violin we were renting for him. We felt it was a great deal as we had a $650 credit. Every single rental payment was accounted for on paper. Jim was extremely transparent. Jim has always been fair and open and honest and extremely giving of his time with us. Thanks Jim for your violin service over the past 4.5 years!!
4	464902369 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to rent or buy a violin, viola, cello, or bass. The store owner Jim is incredibly knowledgeable, and a master of these stringed instruments. He knows way more than anyone does at any other music store, and he does all the work to make these instruments perfect in-store. They are exquisite, and incredibly beautiful. Honestly each one is a work of art. If you want to start learning one of these instruments then you need to go to Bella Music to get the best of the best ?

Jim was VERY knowledgeable, professional, friendly and extremely patient. Jim’s passion for violin was on full display. His enthusiasm is contagious that I now have a very excited girl who can’t wait to start her violin lesson. I would highly recommend Bella Music!
