Bella Flora

Called to receive a quote for 2 eucalyptus runners (for two 24 foot tables) and a couple flowers for our wedding cake. I had a pretty good idea of exactly what I wanted to assist with his quote. The seller tried to deter me from getting particular flowers due to the price and really wasn’t helpful with alternative flowers or how many flowers/ greens we would need. After a couple minutes of speaking with him I realized that this was sounding more like a chore from his side (kept interrupting me) and I really wasn’t getting any kind of quote, so I said “it’s okay, but thank you so much” and he actually hung up the phone on me. Not impressed. Things are already more difficult for brides and grooms during Covid, so having people that care and want to make things work for the couple is really important. Honestly really glad I didn’t go with Bella Flowers. Shawna ********RESPONSE FROM BELLA FLORA******** 45 minutes after I wrote the review above, I received an unwanted phone call from the owner of Bella Flora. Before I had time to say hello Patsy was yelling over the phone saying “how dare you dis my business, I’m going to call my lawyer on you and post your review on social media…” I was in shock/ awe because I thought maybe it was the male representative I was speaking to earlier calling me back and he had time to think about my inquiry. Yes it is disappointing to receive a negative review on google, NO it is not okay to call the customer back and start yelling at them over the phone. She also hung up on me. Some people may have had a positive experience, but this was mine. Maybe Bella Flora will learn from this and treat their customers with more respect and professionalism. Shawna

I came to Sudbury to visit family and stopped by to pick up some flowers as they were the nearest flower shop from my Google search. The shop was beautiful with a huge assortment of ready made gift giving and bouquet ideas, and the option to customize was also available. I gave them a price range and they quickly went to work and presented a spectacular bouquet, perfect for gift giving. They were kind and cordial and we had a great discussion on monstera plants and the plant world in general. Really great store, staffed with great folks.

I live out of province and Bella Flora is always amazing at doing THE most beautiful floral bouquets and arrangements for my mother that lives in Sudbury. The creativity, freshness and colors of the flowers is always so beautiful! They are beyond friendly and so wonderful to work with! Although, I have only personally used Bella Flora for two occasions, both times were fantastic. I had a passing in my family a few years back and we forgot about the flowers. The night before I decided to message Bella Flora on instagram knowing that they might not answer in time. Within minutes of pressing send, Patsy answered saying she was willing to make the bouquet. I told her what I was looking for and to my surprise, she exceeded my and my families expectations. My family and I were going through such a hard time, but Bella Flora made it so easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for flowers in a pinch or for any occasion.

Bella Flora created the bouquets for my wedding, and they were absolutely gorgeous! Patsy was a delight to work with and very friendly from the start. She sent pictures of the bouquets the day before and we made a few tweaks until it was just right. She was also able to incorporate lace from my mothers wedding dress, and two special lockets hanging down from the flowers. This was such an easy, stress free process and I am so thrilled with how it all turned out.
