Not even close to what was listed in the description sadly. Although beautiful I ordered a specific bouquet for a reason. Understandably, substitutions have to be made, however what I received was not even close to the premium bouquet I ordered for over $100 if you read the description. The staff was pretty abrupt and told me what I recieved was better in terms of cost when I called in the concerns. They offered to take back my mothers flowers and refund me as they were unable to make the bouquet I ordered. I'm obviously letting her keep the flowers ?

I am secretly going here tomorrow to get some flowers for my new girlfriend. I will update the review. I am sure she will be happy when I surprise her.

This was supposed to be a deluxe arrangement for valentines day. Said it would come in a vase. 100$ arrangement. There was nothing romantic about this arrangement of flowers and didn't even have valentine colors.

Gorgeous bouquet of flowers delivered on time and with a smile. This will be my regular florist for family that lives in the area from now on! Love them! So glad I found Rosery!

I don't know anything about flowers but they make sure you leave getting what ya visualized. They are really nice and are the best people to run that place. I just love saying I have my own florist I go too.

Ordered online. flowers delivered on time. selection by florist was perfect! colours were beautiful. we have used this florist a few times now and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend/.

Great experience. Pat and Morgan are very welcoming and creative people! We sent this to the Ukrainian centre as a thinking of you bouquet and it was beautiful. They also were able to text me a photo once it was complete. Thank you ladies!!

This was the most awful experience I have ever had. I realize a few days ago that I posted how great a place this was but I clearly spoke too soon. I had flowers delivered to my aunt and within a day the daisies, and 2 snapdragons had died. The lily was close to dead and in 2 days of delivery the rose was dead. When I called, the owner, Pat, gave me quite a difficult time about the issue. She cut me off every time I tried to explain the situation. She look no ownership for the state of the flowers and kept telling me my relative must have done something wrong because she had "over 500 deliveries this weekend" and no one complained. She said she would call my aunt to discuss and I requested that she didn't as my relative has a condition that renders it difficult to speak. I offered to send pictures which were taken by my relative, the owner said she wanted the pictures but wanted to talk to my aunt. She then said that my aunt must have not taken care of the flowers and went off to a gathering. She also kept telling me that she knew my aunt and SHE would talk to her. I said that was irrelevant (in fact my aunt's only dealings with Pat was for her wedding well over 30 years ago and the times I had sent flowers). When she spoke to my aunt, she gave her a very difficult time and told her that she could not do a refund. My poor aunt was furious more for me because if the cost of the flowers. I was furious because the owner was making everything so difficult. My aunt requested her to refund my card and never got a response about that so now I wait and see. I am disgusted at the owner. This is the first time I have ever encountered such beyond terrible service anywhere. Pat, the owner, was insistent that it had nothing to do with the quality of flowers and everything to do with something my aunt had done. What kind of business owner takes zero accountability for her service? What kind of business owner blames the receiver of the item? What kind of business owner does not listen but shuts down any information being provided by the client? I certainly will NEVER shop here again.
