She knew exactly what i want and help me find my Dream dress. The Bella VIP experience is unforgettable and unique and I highly recommend this place.

They offer really great service and you feel very well taken care of. After trying a few bridal stores on St-Hubert street, I can't tell you how refreshing it is to be in Bella Di Sera: it is quiet and clean, you do not feel stressed or lost looking through dresses. They take feedback extremely well and care for their customers. We found her dress immediately, and it was exactly what she wanted and a reasonable price too! THANK YOU Bella Di Serra!

Maria was my sales consultant and let me look at the dresses and pick the ones I'd like to try on. She had a dress in mind that she believed would be a perfect fit. I tried on the ones I picked out and unfortunately they weren't for me at all. I tried on the dress she recommended and in the end it was the dress I ended up getting! It's like she knew exactly what I would fit me and make me feel comfortable. I didn't buy the dress after the first time I tried it on because I wanted to challenge it and I did have other appointments booked at other stores the following Saturday. Maria told me to pass by the store by at the end of my appointments if I wanted to try on the dress again. After visiting the other stores, in which the customer service was poor quality (the girls didn't seem to have enough experience in trying to understand what their clients feel comfortable in), I came back to Bella and tried on the dress again and I just felt so comfortable in it, I fell in love with it even more. Maria and the staff were truly amazing and you can really tell that they have so much experience. I got the dress during their sale event and I got it in the sample size since it was in perfect condition and fit me like a glove. The dresses are high quality and the prices are fair. Definitely do not miss their sales events because they're totally worth it and they really have beautiful and unique dresses.

Everything about the entire process was simply amazing. Taking an appointment via messenger was a breeze, the quality and variety of dresses were impressive, and the service was immaculate. Special shoutout to Dimitra for making what had previously been a stressful experience actually fun and exciting. The whole team went above and beyond to make the day special, and I'm truly grateful to them.

The staff know exactly what they are doing and they are SO GOOD and friendly! It's beyond all expectations. After covid cancelled my destination wedding last Spring, they offered to keep my dress in storage, free of charge, and said I could pick it up at my convenience once the boutique would reopen. I was amazed at how efficient they were to reassure their brides-to-be in a time of many uncertainties. They kept it in storage from March 2020 to August 2021 ?. I'm still in awe. Thank you so much to the owner, Mirella, and to her assistant present today. It was a magical and emotional moment to see you both again. Mirella, you were my angel today. God bless you. I'll keep in touch and send you a picture of my dress when I finally say I do, two feet in the sand! ?

The staffs were amicable and kind, and they didn't try to push me to buy any dress. The staff even went out of their way to find a good bakery nearby as I needed to purchase deserts for my dinner party. I am sure my friends and family will shop there for their special occasions. I am sure they will not be disappointed!! Thank you for making my experience a positive and easy process. ??♥️
