Un représentant cogne à ma porte en m'offrant un forfait qui me semblait être un "deal" à supposément 92 et quelques avec taxes par mois. Je recevait des factures de 112$ et quelque au lieu du montant convenu avec le représentant. Après m'être obstiner au téléphone pendant des heures avec une demoiselle au Saguenay, ma facture était rendue à 106$, encore une fois au lieu du 92$ et quelque prévu au départ. Je déconseille à quiconque de faire affaire avec Bell. Worst telecomunication company to whom I had the misfortune to do business. A representative knocks on my door by offering me a package that seemed to me to be a "deal" supposedly 92 and a few taxes per month. I received bills of $ 112 and some instead of the amount agreed with the representative. After being stubborn on the phone for hours with a lady in the Saguenay, my bill was returned to $ 106, again instead of the $ 92 and something planned at the start. I do not recommend anyone to do business with Bell.

J'ai changé pour Virgin et je n'ai jamais été déçue. Very bad experience when I bought my first cell phone with this company. I never did business with Bell again. I switched to Virgin and have never been disappointed.
