R	Rick D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every few years I TRY to deal with these people as they are so close, I can drop the car off and walk home, and every single time they let me down. I don’t know why ANYONE deals with them. And with previous feedback, they take absolutely NO responsibility. I took my car in for and oil change and snow tires (on rims) installed. I checked the tire pressure a few days after when the car was handling terrible. One tire was @ 20 PSI, 2 were @ 25 PSI, one was @ 37 PSI – they take 40 PSI. They couldn’t even be bothered checking the tire pressure after tires sitting for a season – I’ll never be back.

They have always been good to us, taking great care to provide excellent service on our vehicles. I have no hesitation to recommend their business to my friends and family. Too bad to see the negative comments.
J	Jared Thomson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place like the plague! A very poor experience. If you are looking for quality work at a reasonable price stay away from this place. I went in for some work and will never go there again...even to get gas. They charged me an arm and a leg on the shop fees and then double dip, charging for "extras", that should be covered under said shop fee. And after a 1400 dollar bill my car is leaking fluid and makes strange noises now. Look out for these crooks...especially Travis. This is my first review ever...I felt I had to warn people about these swindlers. These are the guys other people warn you about. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Update: I went to Douglas Automotive in Peterboroug. They told me whoever did the work last on my vehicle didn't properly install the tie rod and stabilizer bar link...both installed by Bells and needed to be done properly by a reputable mechanic. Taking your car to have work looked over by another auto mechanic says it all folks.
I	Ian Gardner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife took her car in twice for the same problem. They change parts they do not diagnose the problem. We'll see if it's fixed this time. Regardless she or I wont be back. We also recommended a neighbor take their car there. They changed parts and did diagnostics to the tune of nearly $500 before they said they actually did not have the equipment to diagnose the car and had it sent to a Dodge dealership. I would say buyer be very aware.
N	Noah Mitchell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car was overheating and got stranded in bridgenorth today. I called them and had them try to look at it to help me get back on the road to Toronto. They brought it in and said they wouldnt help fix my overheating issue because my car had rot underneath and needed new back tires. And said they would bring it back out and have me go on my way. Pretty much hopeless at this point, i ended up finding a place called Linkert Auto Repair just 2 minutes down the road and took it there. He brought me in right away and immediatly looked under the hood. Took him 5 minutes to figure out there was still air in the hoses from the coolant flush i had done and fixed it. He ended up giving me some extra coolant to take with me for the road just in case and was all absolutely free. Made it all the way to Toronto with no issues. Thank god for Linkerts

You can expect to pay a little more than other shops but the peace of mind is totally worth it. Most recently, had two wheel studs replaced. They were able to get it done in less than an hour while I enjoyed a little walk through Bridgenorth. Highly, highly recommend Bell's.
