probably THE worst system I've ever had in my house. Since installing my security system (a year ago), I've literally had the service techs at my house close to a dozen times, for issues with cameras that stopped working, front doorbell camera not working, front doorbell not working, and the last 4 visits on the actual doorbell not working, humming, installing a electricity reducer, and now removing it, only to have the system "humming" again... they can never get it right. Because I signed a 3 year contract, I'm bound to it. I can confidently tell you that once it's up, I'm done with them, and their awful customer service to boot. Calling into their call center is another treat you wont like, because you're told that the system doesn't work properly, and its probably from something YOU did... like arm it. Once a service visit requested, you have to wait 2 weeks! 2 weeks!!! Ugh! So, in short, no advantage here for this service, and have yet to be impressed. Go to the next one & hope you get better treatment from them, cause you get it here. Period.
