The coach said that after buying it for a year and half a year, he could help me transfer it to others. As a result, the staff said that it was never possible to do this. I think I was cheated. Now my personal trainer is leaving, and I can’t cancel this fitness plan. The administrator said that I signed a contract with the gym and not a fitness trainer. I can't do anything now! I am angry!

I think one of the main reason’s I go to this location is for the atmosphere and the amazing, friendly, and motivating morning crew. Luca, Jeremy, Katie, and Dana will always greet you with a big smile, a positive attitude and will motivate you to push hard that day when you would rather be in bed counting sheep then working out.

Having people like Luca, Jeremy, Katie and Dana in the morning crew it is plus. Rest assured that they will receive you with a big smile and a positive attitude that will help you to push harder. These people makes this gym to go beyond a regular gym. I'm really happy about it and I think you(reader) should give it a try. I'm pretty you will not regret.

Their front desk staff is the best to be honest they always make my day. You guys gotta go there and meet them. Harry is my favourite he always makes me happy after a crazy day at work. Absolutely highly recommended. Go try it now.

The staff is absolutely brilliant. Especially Harry he is one the best ones there always motivating others in the gym he is great making sure gym is absolutely clean. I always seen working hard. All other staff are also amazing there it’s great groups of people. I have made so many friends in this location. It feels like home here.
A	Abhimanyu Gupta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a fitness centre, where you are treated like a King by the staff, and super friendly members, Goodlife at Kenaston will not only beat it, but raise the bar super high. I have tried other centers in the city and in other provinces, but I have been coming back to Goodlife for last 7 years. Moving to Winnipeg from Calgary was a huge change, however, Goodlife made it easy and warm welcome. Adam was the first person I met here, hooked me up with a pretty good deal, including membership and personal training. My personal trainer, Aaron, is the EXPERT in personal training. Not only did he offer 24X7 help, worked on my form, but tailored exercises to my need. In the morning, you will be greeted by a superb smile by Jeremy, and by Harry in the evenings. Apart from that, there are other staff members in the gym, which are literally there for you. Dear Goodlife, this is my post for the appreciation for the services I have received. I cannot believe how many people are going to signup for the club, which will make it difficult for us to book a workout.

I left Canada for home emergency the last August, but I did try contacting them to pause my membership until December before I went. I called them, but nobody answered. I tried pausing it through their website, but the pause option was greyed out, I thought that was caused by a glitch or server errors, but they also display an email address on the website that I can send to if I cannot get hold of them, which is members@goodlifefitness. com, so then I emailed to them to let know the entire situation including the glitch on their website, but never get any answers. I also checked my Mail box which showed that it was sent successfully. However , recently I just find that they have been taking money from my bank account since September! I emailed to them again and let them know I did let let them pause my membership until last December and I want to cancel my membership because I cannot go back to Canada until this August! They answered me that my email was unmonitored and They can only pause my membership, they they also locked my account on their website so I cannot take any action to my membership! I was told that I could cancel my membership in anytime at beginning, now they don’t let me cancel my membership just because I cannot go back to Canada!
