Terrible service. I had a 25 minute drive to get to the Bell store and arrived 45 minutes before closing. There were 2 people in front of me but I was willing to wait. The agent told me he wouldn't have time to serve me and I should come back tomorrow. To make sure I wan't waiting my time I asked him if my phone was in stock and without even looking he said yes. I came back the next day and again waited behind 2 clients which took about 15 minutes. I then asked him for the phone, he checked the stock this time and said he didn't have the one I asked for. He did not apologise just defended himself saying I didn't mention the colour. I did but he didn't check. Very disappointed as I had wasted time and gas with no result.

Horrible service...never coming back, don't loose your time, go some place else...visited bell St-Sauveur a couple of days ago...I got there with a bell sim card that I had previously bought at best buy st Jérôme. I needed to transfer my wife's telephone number to the new sim card since she had lost her phone a few days before. When talked with someone at bell mobility they told me to go to a bell store in order to be able to transfer the phone number in question to the new sim card, so that's what a I did. When I got there, there were no customers behind me and when I asked the girl that works at bell st sauveur to please help me out with the telephone number transfer, she did not want to help me out telling me that is way to much complicated to do and she just gave a phone number to call, telling me that they should be able to help..when I got home, I talked to 3 different people and they all said the same thing...that i had to be and call from a bell store in order for them to demand the telephone number transfer and that it would only take 5 min to do...so next day I am back at bell St-Sauveur hoping this time the girl that works there would help me out..so when I got there, there was only one customer opening a new contract, and no customers behind me, when the girl that works there saw me she asked if I was just there to ask for information and I told her everything the people from bell told me on the phone regarding the service that I needed (which is the telephone number transfer to a new sim card) and that it would take only 5 min. She said she was with a customer opening a new contract and that I will have to wait (she was doing nothing, just waiting for the customer's phone to start), when I asked her how long I would have to wait for her to make a 5 min phone call she said that I would have to wait at least 45 min. That is just unacceptable ?. She was just standing there doing nothing...and when I asked why she wouldn't help me the day before when there were no customers at the store, just me, she answered that that's just the way things are....so Thank you bell St-Sauveur for NOTHING. With customer service like that it makes me wonder if I want to keep all my other services (TV, Internet, residential phone and two mobile telephones) with you guys....

Very bad service and attitude, could not and didn’t want to fix my sim problem, I went to an other bell service and 10 minutes later everything was fix do not go there. Très très mauvais service et un attitude de c…
