★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in a little after five. Only 2 people working the counter . 2 customers being taken care of and me. The 2 employees ether were struggling to communicate or understand what the customers in front of them were in need of or I dont know. Waited 18 mins before even being greeted. Now at this time 3 more customers walk in. As I am finally approached and get up to the counter the rep "Andy" said " Actually I have to help another customer first " . Horrible service. I would recommend having more then 2 people on shift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father passed away in February. Called Bell customer service at least 3 times to switch accounts to mothers name. Provided death certificate, SIN number, etc. and phone bill continued to be in fathers name despite mother being authorized user account being paid from credit card in her name. Because of previous positive experience in store, we went to check if they could help. Sahil was very helpful and understanding of our frustration. He got customer service on the line and did the legwork to fix everything. Based on this experience in store, I would recommend Bell to family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best experience for cell phone service ever! The cell phone specialist, named Genesis, at the Southcentre Mall was super helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. I felt like I was getting totally straight answers from him, and he had my best interests at heart. I will definitely turn to him again next time I want to buy a phone or check on a new rate plan.

Andy was a huge help, giving me his honest opinion regardless of corporate overlook. Not that he said anything to belittle the company, but he had my best interests in mind from the very start.
