★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great area to live Right across the street from the Ocean, close to many great places, fisherman's wharf, Mile 0, Parliament Buildings. Building is well taken care of, has pool, workout room with a view of the Ocean. Underground parking, as well as outdoor parking lot. Three elevators, laundry room. The balcony spaces are a good size. Definitely recommend this place and the area.. very beautiful! Also right by the Ogden Point lighthouse!
