Ppl that they hire in yard rude and ask me to load my own order ... when I refused they started talking Spanish bad words - pretty sure they were about me.. Try to make a order or some information from order desk it is like mission impossible...sometime it takes 50 calls until someone answers! Time for change as those guys don’t care for clients as they used to be.

Tony and the rest of his family/team took me under their wings and made sure I had all the right information. We had a hard time getting our general contractor to order material and decided to take matters into our own hands. Went to Beaver Valley Stone and was lucky enough to get a HUGE amount of help from Buzz. He was able to go through various options to see what was available during this crazy year of shortages of all materials. He helped with picking the stone, delivering the stone and keeping us laughing during our contractor troubles. Buzz even checked in a few times throughout the project to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely return to Beaver Valley Stone for future projects and the great staff is a big part of that reason.

Buzz solved all my problems, called or emailed my back right away and was efficient and knowledgable. This is a trying time in the landscaping industry with demand outstripping supply , but Buzz went way above and beyond to solve my issues. As a small business person these type of relationships with suppliers are important. I continue to order from Beaver Valley mostly because of this guy. Thanks Buzz!

They short-shipped my order of the Oaks Monterey Marble Grey and left me with the expectation that the remainder of the order would follow. Days later they called and said they made a mistake with their inventory and there's no more supply anywhere. They did not give me a refund, a paver replacement or solution to finish my front walkway. Just a big dangerous unfinished problem. Since then, I've called and emailed several times and have gotten complete silence, despite them admitting they were at fault. Now, I'm down close to $2,500 in unusable pavers and labour and left with an unfinished front walkway. On top of that, the City of Toronto has warned me because of it's dangerous unfinished condition and is threatening to fine me. I understand it's not a big job but Beaver Valley should be accountable for their actions. This project should've been easy to fix. Because they haven't shown any effort to help fix their mistake, I plan on filing with Consumer Protection Ontario and the Better Business Bureau.
