Unfortunately, there was a slight miscommunication with the order and they sent us the wrong shipment for our interlock. When we went back to inform them of the error, Tom acknowledge the error and acted very quickly resolve the issue, efficiently and painlessly. The correct order was delivered the next morning, which was surprising. We're happy with their customer service and will recommend others to visit Beaver Valley Stone on Woodbine.

Many my constructor friends also say same thing about you. We all left. There are lots of stone yards. Save your nerves look for other stone yards. Lots of options for same price but with the good services.

I knew nothing about interlocking and how to calculate the square footage. He patiently assisted me during my three visits in a row and took his time to explain. Finally it was done and completed. I have ordered the materials. The manager Dave was very nice, helpful and understanding as well. I have good words to say about another staff member, working on forklift in the stone yard ,his name is Nuwan. He helped me to choose a stone to match my existing one. This wasn't easy. But he did it. Condos to you guys!

Spent an hour outside deciding on stone, entered the showroom office, waited 20mins in line, got to the front of the line...I was asked what I am waiting for...responded to speak to someone, he said about what...response stone...they(Ari) response we are closed at 3:30pm. It was 3:31pm but I was in line way before then.

However, this time, was extremely disappointed. Not only did they try to take advantage and charge more than twice as much for materials as the competition, but the lack of customer service by some young fellow at the order desk was sorely lacking and downright rude. All he cared about was how i was going to pay. I voted with my feet and walked out after realizing that the price and surcharges being forced upon me were out of control. There was no reason for this surly attitude as it was not crowded at all. Not recommending them as there are other places that have the same materials - which I went to later that day and purchased.
