Amazing and beautiful! We went here summer 2019 and loved it! We both have kayaks and it was perfect for launching and amazing views.

We live on a farm nearby and there was plenty of work to do but it was far too hot. Just 20 minutes away to jump in a cool lake, wonderful and clear of algae. 25 flavours of hard icecream to top it off. ?

This is such a beautiful campground! There are tons of outhouses, as well as flush toilets and showers close by as well. They were all kept very clean! The sites themselves are amazing β€” nice and big with tons of trees for privacy between sites. I noticed a few that were close by each other, but those would be perfect for a group camping trip, like we did. The lake and beach were so beautiful as well. We noticed it was a very family friendly site, so keep that in mind while booking. I would recommend this to everyone β€” it's worth the drive!

One of the best lakes i visited in Canada by far. Amazing views and if you are into water sports, this is the place. There are lifejackets available for everyone to use at the lake. You can also check out the lake convenience store and try their delicious Ice Cream.

At first didn’t expect much of the park because the entrance is full of campsites not very private, it looks crowded. But we stayed in #61 and it was actually very nice, we had clean water next to the site, the campers are nice and quite (not all of course) but they give you the phone number to call the conservation officer to call in case of problem during night hours, which is awesome. The bathrooms are being cleaned twice a day which is also great, showers are FREE, so overall very good experience. I would recommend to stay in the loop sites or closer to the beach but definitely not by the entrance of the park. Also there is no dump station inside campground but they direct you to one in town, just to keep in mind. The beach was gorgeous and the family really enjoyed it.

The spots near the office are longer than they are wide. The office offers snacks, Wood ($10/per bin), ice cream, fishing gear and camp gear. Boat launch is a short jaunt away. There isn't much of a beach, but it's perfect for a night or two and a quick dip. Well kept sites and friendly staff.
