Great brunch spot. The omelette is country style, not regular French. I ordered swiss cheese with potatoes, no meat. The order came with bagels, butter and strawberry jam. The omelette was well cooked with generous amount of cheese, especially in the centre. The bagels and coffee were delicious.

I loved the pancakes, the crisp of the bacon! I Was not a fan of the potatoes though I like my patatoes crispy. The bagels was a nice touch!! They were tastyyyy!!! Service was nice Beware the lineup is no joke...waited 45min, so it's definitely a hotspot. Might wanna try to go in the week. It seems super busy on weekends

Brunch here is great! The food is good and everyone here is so attentive, despite being so busy there! I had the Cheese Blintzes with Sour Cream and Berry Coulis and it is perfect! Crispy on the outside and the filling had just a touch of sweetness. The Grilled Banana Cake is also delicious!

The iconic Beauty’s! The renewal of the place is amazing! Keeping the roots that made this place an institution and making this one of the best places to have brunch! The staff are always kind and just nice! Their smoothies are good for all pallets! It really depends on you! Their breakfast is so worth it and I can honestly be proud of giving five stars to a remarkable Montreal Institution. Keep up the outstanding and stay authentic always Beauty’s! Definitely worth lining up for!!!!

Open since 1942, Beuty's has the vibe, and the wait line, of a quintessential Montreal restaurant. I'm a fan of the layout, with a checkered floor and buzzing atmosphere that is as much of a draw as the simple, but well-made brunch food. Having visited twice, I've been made to wait both times, although the line passes relatively quickly and waiting for brunch in Montreal is certainly part of the experience. On both visits, a variety of dishes were well made but very standard and not especially creative. The only exception is the breakfast sandwich, featuring a medley of vegetables, an egg and meat of some sorts (opt for the salami), between two delicious, well toasted challah buns. In this instance, the whole is definitely greater than the sum of its parts and upon any subsequent visit to Beauty's, I know what I'd opt for.

Get up bright and early to avoid the (very justified) long lines at the newly renovated and re-opened Beauty's. A classic diner style establishment serving delicious breakfast and brunch from fresh bagels, fluffy pancakes, french toast and waffles to original omelettes and delectable homemade desserts with an excellent service from an amiable staff that will start your day in the best of ways.

This was my first time at Beauty’s despite living in Montreal for 5 years and Saint Urbain for 2 of them. Sacrilegious, I know! I split the Beauty’s Breakfast melt (egg, cheese, salami, and tomato grilled on challah), latkes, and a side order of pancakes with my dad. We started by taking a bite into the sandwich, which we immediately deemed a major L. As in, it can’t get better from here- right? Just look at the cross section shot in the attached pic. Let's just say it was a breakfast sando on beast mode. Next we tried the latkes, which affirmed our worry a bit. They were solid but I think they could’ve been a bit crispier + saltier. We finished with the pancakes. I have to assert that I’m basically the queen of pancakes. It’s my favourite breakfast food to order when eating out. BOY were these a slap to the puny proclamation we first made! Crispy exterior, fluffy interior, and perfect chew. Even if you don’t order them as your main, a side order is $6 for two generous golden coins of goodness. You walk into Beauty’s and it’s a no brainer why this has remained such a prominent institution in Montreal’s food scene for decades. The food isn’t necessarily drop-to-your-knees incredible, but you’re paying for a solid meal and eating it in a sliver of Montreal’s rich Jewish history. Just a thought experiment here- someone needs to get Drake (Jewish Canadian cultural icon) and his PR in on this establishment. Think about the market potential they could tap into with a collaboration here. OVO hypebeasts stretch far and wide in this country. Not that Beauty’s necessarily needs more hype, but it would go crazy….

Super cute place! It has these great diner vibes and is also located super centrally in Montreal. I got the omelette and potatoes which were delicious. I recommend hot sauce with it though :) I didn’t enjoy the bagels as much. Overall staff were also pretty sweet.
