★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favorite brunch place so far. We ordered the pam fried brioche toast, and a meat pasta, with an apple juice with yuzu and a coffee. The texture of the french toast was so soft, and the apple on the side has so much flavor and great softness. Even simple ingredients like grape tasted so fresh and fill of flavor. The pasta was light but full of flavor, we liked that it has some arugula and onions and an egg on top, which makes it taste even more refreshing.
It was only three days ago since we visited, but I already miss the food already.
This would be our go to brunch place for our next trip to Montreal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having brunch at La Fabrique is an exquisite and indulgence experience. Start with attentive and friendly service. One glance at the menu, you know you’re about to embark on a eye pleasing meal. The salmon tartare was a hit. It’s definitely worth a try if you’re tired of typical brunch spots that are all over Montreal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and dinner was phenomenal!! Love that they use seasonal ingredients in their dishes and everything we ordered was delish! The house made cocktails are also very unique. Definitely will come back for their brunch.
There are a few elements of surprise but I won't spoil it :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best elevated brunch in the city! I’ve been here twice in the past month and am looking forward to returning again in the coming weeks. Had the pancake the first visit (my tastebuds were in heaven), and ordered the brioche last time (pictured). They have a rotating menu with a few staple items that remain, the house cocktails are great and the filter coffee comes with a side of steamed milk rather than cold milk, what a tasty bonus!
Great service and atmosphere, and I appreciate that there is a reservation service in place which eases any delays or wait times. 100/10 would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I‘m not really a fan of pork (because of the fat), but the english muffin with the pulled pork was magnificent! The pancake was also quite nice, the sauce was a bit on the sweeter side for me, but still very good! If you‘re going with friends, I suggest ordering different dishes and sharing all together.
Also, we witnessed a birthday celebration, which was quite nice. They gave them cotton candy with a firecracker?

I went there for dinner with my friends. Ordered vegetarian Gnocchi. It was the best gnocchi I have ever had (creamy eggplant at the bottom was yummy). I forgot to take a picture. I just have a photo of a dessert that I ordered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty decent food for brunch. Ordered the beef sandwich and my friend ordered the beet salad. We also shared the beignets which were super YUMMY. The beef sandwich was nothing special and the beet salad was good. The atmosphere was great and the service was spot on. Would come again to try other dishes.
