Et se faire reprocher qu'il va avoir des frais de services parce que j'ai pas de la monnaie dans mon porte-feuille en 2020 après une pandémie... T'sais mon cher monsieur, la prochaine fois, ben je vais l'acheter au Brunet en face parce que reprocher à tes clients qui font ton salaire tes frais de tpv, c'est ordinaire en criss... Ah et oui, je paye avec mon cellulaire parce que ta machine l'accepte... vu que t'as passer un commentaire sur ça aussi. En gros, jai payé 15$ pour un des repas les plus tristes que j'ai mangé (en fait il est à la poubelle). The salad did not taste good. Chicken in tiny amounts. The potatoes must have been from the day before. Basically, I paid $ 15 for one of the saddest meals I've eaten (actually it's in the trash).

Aucune forme de salutations en entrant, agressif et impoli durant des échanges pourtant très simples (dépôt d'un colis UPS), je n'ai jamais vu ça! J'étais carrément sous le choc en sortant, d'avoir été traitée de la sorte. C'était la première fois que j'y allais, j'ai trouvé charmant qu'ils offrent des sandwichs style libanais dans un petit dépanneur et BAM! Le gérant m'apostrophe dans la minute de mon arrivée, choqué que je viennes déposer un colis un samedi, prend mes coordonnées pour supposément m'envoyer un reçu SMS quand il sera capable d'en générer un, pour finalement me RELANCER le paquet sur le comptoir et hausser le ton en me disant de revenir lundi! PREMIÈRE ET DERNIÈRE FOIS À VIE, JE NE RECOMMANDE ABSOLUMENT PAS CET ENDROIT!!! PARTAGER L'INFO C'EST INACEPTABLE I have never been so SHOCKED by the way a manager talks to clients !! No form of greetings when entering, aggressive and rude during exchanges yet very simple (deposit of a UPS package), I've never seen that! I was totally in shock when I left, to have been treated that way. This was my first time there, I found it lovely that they offer Lebanese style sandwiches in a small convenience store and BAM! The manager apostrophe me in the minute of my arrival, shocked that I came to drop a parcel on a Saturday, takes my contact details to supposedly send me an SMS receipt when he will be able to generate one, to finally RELEASE the package to me on the counter and raise my voice telling me to come back on Monday! FIRST AND LAST TIME IN LIFE, I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!! SHARING INFO IS UNACEPTABLE

Aujourd'hui c'était la dernière fois que j'allais chercher un colis UPS chez eux. Very disappointing service, when we come to pick up a package we are in excess. C’est pas normal de parler aux clients comme ce monsieur le fait. C’est rendu que je m’arrange pour être chez nous quand je me fais livrer un colis par UPS tellement que ça me tente ZÉRO de remettre les pieds là. Il traite les gens comme des ordures et pense que c’est tout à fait normal. Totalement incompréhensible et inacceptable. After 3 visits and still the same story, I would put 0 star if that would be possible. It’s not normal to talk to customers like this gentleman does. It turns out that I manage to be at home when I have a package delivered by UPS so much that it tempts me ZERO to set foot there again. He treats people like garbage and thinks that is quite normal. Totally incomprehensible and unacceptable.
D	Daniel L. (Rhialto) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dépanneur pas comme les autres. On y offre d’excellents sandwichs Shish Taouk cuisinés sur place. Ils sont très bons! On y trouve quelques aliments moins commun. On apprécie le comptoir de service UPS. Par contre, au téléphone on se fait surprendre par un simple « Allô » comme si nous avions appelé un résident du quartier plutôt qu’un commerce, il faudrait améliorer cet aspect. Enfin, sans être un commentaire négatif mais plutôt informatif pour d’éventuels passants, il ne faut pas être pressé ou à la course lors d’une visite. Jamais cela n'a été un problème pour moi mais sachez-le si vous avez rapidement besoin de monnaie, d’un billet de loterie, etc. Convenience store like no other. They offer excellent Shish Taouk sandwiches cooked on site. They are very good! There are some less common foods. We appreciate the UPS service counter. On the other hand, on the phone we are surprised by a simple "Hello" as if we had called a local resident rather than a business, this aspect should be improved. Finally, without being a negative but rather informative comment for potential passers-by, you should not be in a hurry or rush during a visit. It has never been a problem for me, but know if you need cash, a lottery ticket, etc. quickly.
D	Daniel Bédard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je n’ai pas de sonnette dans mon immeuble et ce dépositaire UPS accepte volontiers de recevoir mes colis Amazon et ce, sans frais. ?? I don't have a doorbell in my building and this UPS dealer is happy to receive my Amazon packages free of charge. ??
V	Vincent Shaw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hours are "flexable" so call before going. That being said you might get a response of "oh not sure when we are going to open today maybe around 13h" pretty sketchy for a UPS safe drop location.
