Les prix sont trop élevé, le service est moyen et en plus ils n'acceptent pas visa pour les carte opus du rtc!
If it's for anything other than journals or newspapers go elsewhere!
The prices are too high, the service is average and in addition they do not accept visa for the rtc opus card!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Étant le seul commerce à cote de la station d'autobus sur Dorchester qui vend des billets, il serait bien que le commis essai de ne pas disparaître pendant 30min. J'ai du appeller après 20min d'attente pour que le commis se décide à venir ouvrir et disons que le trajet avais l'air dur jusqu'à la porte. Pendant ce temps au moins une quinzaine de client sont passe et réparti après leur avoir dit depuis quand j'attendais. Je travaille dans le service a la clientèle et jamais mon patron ne me permettrais de faire attendre des clients aussi longtemps. Prochaine fois au lieu de mettre "de retour dans quelques instants" peut
être afficher directement "de retour dans 30min".
Being the only business next to the bus station on Dorchester that sells tickets, it would be good if the clerk tried not to disappear for 30min. I had to call after 20min of waiting for the clerk to decide to come and open and let's say that the trip seemed hard to the door. During this time at least fifteen customers have come and gone after telling them how long I have been waiting. I work in customer service and my boss would never allow me to make customers wait that long. Next time instead of putting "back in a few moments" can
be displayed directly "back in 30min".
