The ride from airport to home was really nice. I have appreciated each and every minutes of my ride in this taxi. The booking process was really very easy. Thank you so much for such a tranquil ride.

Got the service from Beaumont to airport. In the website it's written 35$ flat rate. I gave him 50$ he gave me back 10$ and I was on the phone and have him a 5$ as tips. Looks like he add is own tips on the total.

Called the nite before to schedule an early morning ride to the airport. Lady on the phone was loud and unprofessional. Asked her i need to be picked up at 5 am. She said not a problem. I live 10 minutes away from where they are coming from, driver is a no show at 5 oclock. I call and no answer, i wait a few minutes, i call again, sounds like she is just getting out of bed. Asks me for 10 minutes, i said ok. Then 20 minutes later she shows up. I ask her what the problem was, she says she doesnt know the roads, well understandable, but i asked her the nite before if she knows how to get here, and she replied she knows. Then to make matters worse as we drive to the airport, she takes all the backroads, stopping and turning and driving 80, when she could have taken the main highway straight to the airport. Geewiz. Im now late by 40 minutes, so i ask her what the fare is, she says 50 bucks plus 10 for the tip. I believe i heard correctly, because i wanted to prepare some cash for payment as soon as we get there. Website says 35 flat rate. So im thinking 40 bucks. Not that i care too much, i just need to be on time. Finally at the airport, she stops, and charges me 70 bucks!! Im like, lady take 60, you were late, and do not seem to know what your doing. 60 is still 10 bucks over what you originally said. And 25 bucks over the flat rate. I paid 60 and was on my way. Lady needs to manage her time better and look after meeting their clients in a timely and proffesional matter. I will not stand for someone being late. Good service is hard to find, even when you pay too much. I will NOT EVER recomend this service to anyone. UNRELIABLE PERIOD!!

Paid $30 for an 8 minute drive. The poorly spoken driver didn't mention the insane price till after reaching the destination, would have been better 'on the meter'. This bush league clown however didn't have a meter or a debit machine and I had to gps location for him. Bad service for big bucks. Don't use these clowns.

We pre booked a cab to take us to the airport. The cab was 15min late to pick us up. Rate was $35 from central Beaumont.

Excellent service! Got to ride in a beautiful black Tesla. That was the taxi! I never ever dreamed of riding in such a beautiful vehicle! I was taken to my Appt and picked up again. The people were very accommodating as to pick up times etc. I will call them again and highly recommend. And the charges were very reasonable! ?

Tried to charge me $40 for a 15 minute ride. Unbelievable scammers. Make sure you ask them before your trip because they don't have a meter. And these people sell property!! Good God help us all.
