WARNING! Do not ever use Lux Limo! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had booked a limo to drive my family and I to Pearson Airport at 3:00am. We specifically told them on the phone that we had 7 people, 10 suitcases, and a stroller. We were reassured multiple times that 10 suitcases would fit, no problem. The limo arrived and did not fit 10 suitcases. The driver called the owner, who proceeded to argue with us, that we said 7 suitcases, not 10, and threatened to send me the voice recording of our prior phone call. I believe that the customer is always right, and was told directly “YOU ARE WRONG” multiple times on the phone. They offered for the driver to leave and pick up a luggage trailer for a cost of $35...trying to charge me extra for their error. I found the confirmation that he sent me, which stated that we have 10 suitcases and a stroller, and when I told the owner I had the confirmation printed in front of me, he told me the driver was no longer comfortable driving us, and the driver LEFT. AT 3:00 IN THE MORNING, forcing us to find other transportation for 7 people in a hurry as to not miss our flight. If you want reliable and trustworthy service, STAY AWAY FROM LUX LIMO.

I used Lux Limousine for my trips from and to the airport. They were prompt, professional and courteous. Communication to let you know that your car is ready was just perfect. I price-shopped taxi fares and found Lux Limo to be less expensive than others. The car was clean and comfortable and the complimentary water was a nice touch.

Another horrible experience with Lux Limo. Our friends hired this company for their wedding on the weekend and they have been regretting it ever since. The actual Limo was sweltering hot when we got in. The driver said it would cool down once we started moving, but it never did and just got hotter. We asked the driver to put on the air and he said it was broken. Then he tried to lock us in the limo once we arrived at the venue because he said he hadn’t been paid, when payment arrangements were made weeks ago. Avoid avoid avoid Lux Limo

Great service. Reliable and professional. I have been using Lux Limo for many years. The most recent was March 17/17 and March 20/17. Driver Shawn was very professional and transported me to Billy Bishop airport. He knew the quickest way there and drove in a safe and professional manner. On the return trip he was there on time and was able to get me home in good time even though we were in the middle of rush hour. I can always depend on this company to get me to where I am going on time and safely. Thanks Lux, I never hesitate in recommending your service to my friends and family.

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The lone star of this review belongs to the driver Graham who worked very hard to make an extremely disappointing experience with Lux Limo a little better. I booked a stretch limo to take us to a concert downtown. I was very specific about wanting a stretch limo as I had called other companies that didn't have what I was looking for. I was told a price and agreed to hire a stretch limo from them. On the day of the concert a black work van looking vehicle came down the driveway. CLEARLY not what I ordered. I approached the driver and told him that this was not the vehicle I had booked. We called the owner who was the most unprofessional and rude business owner that I have EVER dealt with. He proceeded to tell me that this was an "upgrade" and I maintained that it was not what I ordered. He told me that I either took it or didn't but regardless my credit card would be charged. So we went... The truck was uncomfortable (clearly not up to the standards of limos that I have travelled in before) and it was a rougher ride. What it comes down to is customer service. I booked a service and received something other than what I was told. I was treated rudely and spoken to in a condescending way by a business owner who was holding my credit card number hostage. I would gladly have walked away and driven myself to the concert but I was told that my card would be charged. I have researched since and have discovered that the vehicle sent to us was the same price as the one I had ordered. Upgrades would mean that the vehicle would have been a greater cost. I personally do not believe what this business owner told me about the upgrade. This whole situation was unbelievable. I still am shocked at what happened to us.

We've used Lux Limo for several occasions over the years. Most recently to take us to and from the airport. As always, arrived on time and provided us with excellent service. We will call them again when the need arises.

Was just ran off the road by this limo company. When I called to address the issue the owner simply said she didn’t care. Not understanding at all why I was upset and didn’t care I got ran into a snow bank when her inexperienced driver came out of his lane without using his mirrors.
