★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been seeing Dr. Toohey since I was a kid (I'm 27 now). He is thorough and gentle. I always see the same hygienist, Colette, because she's the best! I'm very sensitive/dramatic about having my teeth scaled, and she's always very patient, kind, and gentle with me. She also lets me operate the suction wand thing which I love, haha.
I'm generally quite curious, and Dr. Toohey and Colette both take the time to answer my questions. BONUS: they also take their tools/fingers out of my mouth so I can actually answer when they ask me questions!! :P
Nora, the receptionist, is always so friendly and happy to see me. She makes me feel wonderful and special. I love chatting with her, which makes it hard to leave after my appointment! She's also super quick and organized.
The entire office is well-kept, clean, and bright. The waiting room is spacious, quiet, and comfortable. I never have to wait too long to get into the chair, and the appointment always seems to go by pretty quickly.
They also do direct billing. :)
