Very friendly and professional! I was able to get in the same day for an emergency appointment. I found my regular dentist!

Do not go here. I had a very unpleasant experience with a dentist here. She was doing a filling on me and wouldn't tell me anything that she was doing. Then, she charged me $800 for it. Now, not even a year later, I need a root canal on that tooth because the filling was not done correctly. So this dentist cost me $3000 just for not doing the job right, which I would hope she would do it right for $800.

I would like to add a 5 star review for Amanda in reception etc. as this wouldn’t be fair for her as per my poor rating I am giving this place at a “1.” I am grateful for Amanda and her patience as I had a lot of voiced concerns regarding my cancer and epilepsy and severe anxiety in regards to dental care as per negative experiences before. I had two grand mall seizures while out of town well actually out of the province 16 hours away and was hospitalized for a week so I made it home late and therefore missed my appointment. Upon coming home I called to let them know what was going on and Amanda was very courteous and understood and I took whatever appointment and time was available as for being so accommodating for me. Five minutes later I got a phone call from another girl who could clearly give two hoots no interest in what I had to say expressing zero compassion, understanding and it was then that I realized perhaps I was wrong within my judgement and that Amanda is most likely too good to be working for an establishment such as Summerside dental as her character just doesn’t seem to fit their bill and yea that’s a pun as I was required to pay a fee when I have %100 coverage In dental care as I am lucky enough to have such great coverage and money to take elsewhere. I don’t mind paying out of pocket or giving $50 for booking and appointment but when you lack tact, interest, and general care and have the audacity to just take it upon yourself to cancel it when I specifically said I’d call back In 5mins to verify with my MD that it was indeed ok to go for dental care so soon after my Seizures. Instead of giving me that she hastily abruptly stopped me and told me she is just going to cancel my appointment and doesn’t have time for patients such as myself with all my medical problems. I am appalled and disgusted and will go to the ends of the earth to advertise what this clinic treats potential clients like before they even walk through the door. In essence todays convo just proves how ugly people make this world to live in when life is hard enough and pray no one else ever has to endure poor treatment like I.

Overall was a great experience, very professional compared to what I'm used to. Very cooperative staff as well, and they make sure you are always as comfortable as you can be. Even when my tooth was being pulled I was relaxed, and felt like everything was going great. As soon as I felt the slightest discomfort in my mouth my dentist gave me an immediate top up of the freezing which helped tremendously. It's been almost 24 hours and I haven't even felt the slightest pain even though there is a giant whole in my gums Haha thanks for the great hospitality and professional operation.

Dr Kim Boldt and her associates are easily one of if not the best dental professional team in Edmonton and to be sure the planet earth. Thank you Summerside Dental for your heroic and perfectionist level of care you have shown through all these years. Dare I say it ... hope to see you again soon!

Ntokozo was the kindest hygienist I’ve ever met, and very professional. The same can be said of Dr. Morrisey. Lupe, and the other receptionists were also very welcoming and polite. The entire experience made me feel like I was in good hands, I would absolutely recommend Summerside Dental. Greg

Great staff, very welcome and friendly. I was having severe pain from my wisdom teeth and I called yesterday to get in, they got an appointment for me the same day in the evening. They were quick an efficient and were very knowledgeable and gave me antibiotics and painkillers until I can get in to seeing the specialist to remove my wisdom teeth. Great experience overall, they went above and beyond for my quick visit for my exam. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Kim's professionalism, wisdom, expertise and extensive experience shines through every single time I have sat in her Dental chair. Over the past year, Dr. Kim has put beautiful crowns and veneers on all of my upper teeth and, as an added bonus, she was able to broaden my smile significantly. The whole process was almost painless and now I look much more youthful with a perfect smile. Given the incredible results of my upper teeth, I have requested Dr. Kim do the same to my bottom teeth... crowns, veneers and widening my smile of my bottom teeth. I'm so looking forward to the final result. Without question the Service excellence provided by Dr. Kim and her Team goes above and beyond every dentist I have had over the past 60 years. My partner and I both feel so blessed that we have her as our very own dentist. No other dentist can compare.
