M	Melissa Moloney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greatest clinic in town. I love that they give reminder texts when pets are due for appointments. The staff clearly love animals and certainly know how to make them feel comprobable. My puppy is a bit shy, and he seems to love visiting there. They’re also super accommodating toward emergency situations. I had an issue with my dog one weekend. On Monday morning I called at opening time and they were willing to help get me in at an affiliated clinic, as they had no emergency appointments left.
C	Colby Boehmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like this place. When I bring my dog in they always make sure when I leave all my concerns are addressed. Sometimes it can get a little busy but this is true about all vet clinics! Will definitely be bringing my pup back whenever he needs it.

You can really feel how much the staff loves animals and the care that goes into treating them. The vets are always happy to answer any questions you may have and give great advice on helping maintain your pets wellness. Raja loves the staff and is always happy to see them.

I understand growing pains, I am also very aware of the present situation of apparently not enough people to fill positions. Very frustrated with Bear Creek (not the first time in the past year). The first incident was a dog accident EMERGENCY and being told to find somewhere else. Today/yesterday was to get a prescription refilled for what has been diagnosed as Horners Syndrome. My dog has finished her prescription and now a day later prescription still not ready, her eye is already rolling back again. I live out of town and have someone in town now who could pick it up without another trip to town. Called but still no prescription ready. So I guess my dog will go another day with out medication and I will have to make a special trip to town. When I lived in town this would have been ok but I don’t and can’t go to town everyday. Really disappointed. My time is valuable too.
L	Loren Andreychuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vet and all the helpers at bear creek were awesome with my cat that has extreme anxiety, even when she was screaming at us to tell us she wasn't having it, they all stayed very calm, and got the whole ordeal done and over with as quick as possible. Thank you all so much for putting up with my extremely vocal kitty, BillieJean. She's doing great and, I'm sorry, but I'll definitely be back in the future lol :)
R	Raven Thatso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing experience at this clinic today. I had a boy kitty come in with crystals in his urine. He needed to go in to have them removed asap. I was a mess, bawling my eyes out totally beside myself and lost. Had no idea how to afford it. The vet was very personable and said she has a son with a kitty thay looks identical to mine, and that their names were almost alike. Instead of a 1500$ procedure it was 700$ and they gave me food and medicine to take home with me. My cat has been home for 4 hours and is passing urine with ease, he doesn't like the food yet though haha. That will be a big adjustment for my 17 pound chunky boy but I'm really thankful I got to come home and have more time with my fur child. There's no dollar amount you can put on that. Thank you guys again.
K	Katrina Gosset on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd like to give this vet clinic five stars. The vet and vet tech were amazing to deal with. However the customer service at the front is very frustrating. Every time I call I am placed on hold for approx. 20 minutes or more. I'm not sure if its a staff issue or a employee shortage. I am only leaving this review so that hopefully they can improve upon this. Because otherwise the service my dog, cat and I have received has been great.

I brought my two cats in for a checkup and they were so kind, gentle and loving with them. One of my boys gets very stressed with new people and they did everything to make sure he was comfortable for the duration. I also appreciated them taking the time to answer my questions to ensure I give my boys the best quality of life.
