While beautiful, there was no house, making it a challenge for buyers to obtain favorable financial arrangements. I was impressed by Greg Walton and signed him up to act as my realty agent mid April 2021. Right away he was actively showing the property to good candidates and within three weeks I had accepted an offer that was closed within two months of listing. I attribute much of this to Greg Walton's positive attitude, eagerness to take the time to show property and ability to identify suitable candidates.
