★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had my car inspected at BC Auto and they missed some minor damage in the suspension system I was a bit upset and took the car over to the shop once I knew of the problem. The owner - Nick - immediately put the car up on the hoist. He then apologized to me personally and took full responsibility for the problem. 3 hours later (just after 6:00 pm) I received a text message from Nik showing me he had replaced the broken part. Not only did he do that, but he also replaced the rotors, calipers and brake pads which he did not have to do. That was a complete surprise to me & I am so pleased that he went above and beyond putting his words ("I'm sorry") into action. Nick is a very honest and descent man - qualities that are often lacking in auto repair technicians/mechanics these days. Great work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst auto shop in town. Lost my wheel centre cap while fixing my tire and he claimed I came in with no centre cab. Went there again and charged me $350 for a problem I didn't ask him to fix. Horrible customer service.
