★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unreasonable and unresponsive to an incorrect interpretation of a parking regulation in a condominium handicap parking space. I was ticketed while unloading my son who uses a wheelchair and with my car showing clearly visible handicap parking tag. I contacted Mr. Stevenson resolve this issue and have not received any follow up. Now I have been issued a notice of impending conviction for a parking ticket which was inproperly issued. Not a very customer responsive service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BBG security were punctual on that day. They visited my establishment to do an inspection as I was interested in setting up some cameras. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. From the visit to getting an estimate took less than a day. The day of the installation, didn't waste any time at all and just dove right in and after the job there was no mess whatsoever. Very satisfied with the service and product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are a joke, went to a show tonight, completely irresponsible, incoherent and had no clue what they were actually doing.
I also asked for his SL and he "flashed" it to me.
So, if you want unlicensed, inexperienced "rent-a-cops" , this is the security company you're looking for!
If I could give no stars, I would.
They practically enjoyed the free show.
