★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended a viewing last Thursday for a property and was able to submit my application for the unit during the open house. There were 5 other couples and myself there. I was impressed that Colin took the time to touch base with all of us individually and answer all questions. I sent a follow up email to thank Colin for showing me the unit and received a response the same night stating that Tim and him would review my application. Colin contacted me the following morning to let me know I had been approved and we had the lease signed, deposit handled and “next steps” all completed by Friday evening. I am thrilled with how quickly I have received responses to my questions and appreciate how smoothly the application process moved. As an added bonus, I was able to complete everything electronically (huge win)! I am excited to move into my new home and look forward to continuing to work with Colin! Thank you for everything TimBri!

Always have had a great experience with this company, which is hard to come by in this industry. I have had my fair share of nightmare experiences with other property management companies, but ever since I've been dealing with TimBri its been wonderful. The staff is very responsive with communication and keeps you informed about your property.
You can insure you investment is in the right hands with these guys. If you haven't made the switch yet don't wait any longer, you're going to love it

I was interested in a couple of units posted by TimBri. Brett was quick to respond and was kind enough to show me both units in the same day. The application process was also very straightforward and Brett was easily available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to rent a place in the Guelph area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for an apartment to rent in Guelph , and friends of mine had told me to get in touch with TimBri Property Management. I visited their website and sent an email to see if they had any apartments available. I very quickly received an email from Colin, where he asked specific questions to narrow in the best places for me to view, and had sent pictures and links for me to view the properties before meeting with him. Later in that same week Colin and Brett had met up with me to show me some places. Both Colin and Brett were very quick to answer any and all questions i had, they were very helpful and they made this process quick and easy.
All members of TimBri Property management are professional, and extremely passionate about their jobs.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone! Thanks for everything!

Tim and staff were reactive as well as professional and worked to ensure that we were fully pleased and comfortable in downtown apartment throughout our tenancy.
