★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely loved worked for this company - sadly some things wont change such as discrimination in the workplace and not being allowed to wear a poppy on Remembrance Day.
Some groups of people expect to be accepted by others and force their cultural beliefs on others. Not part of a specific group - so was hard to progress and get higher paid steady shifts. Those type of shifts were given to preferred friends and friends of friend.
Applied for roles I was qualified for and was told I was a woman and that they needed more men.
