S	Saxxed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are thieves!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Still waiting to close and its been 3 months past my closing date....excuses excuses! Its funny they want all their money upfront but when it comes closing time they give u the run around. I personally think this builder sold way too many houses that they can even handle. They need to hire more people in trades and start getting s**t done!! 6 weeks of a strike over the summer should not put them over 3-4 months that just BS!! Someone needs to bring all this to the media...Ive heard other builders are closing on time how are they behind?? Poor excuse!! BUYERS BEWARE!!
