★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The optometrist himself was great. Very professional. However the receptionist is a liar. When I phoned in to make the appointment she assured me that they would directly bill my insurance company. Then when time to get my prescription she said they don't do that. I would never have gone to see them if that was the case. If you are going here expecting to bill your insurance directly. Forget it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My whole family has been going to bayside for a few years now. The staff are often very flexible with appointments and rescheduling . Dr Woolsey is thorough and professional. I can only say good things about her. Baycare eye care exceeds my expectation every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been taking my kids to bayside since they were small. They are always friendly and will go above and beyond making things work for your family. They have glasses to suit almost any budget and will try hard to make things work with in your budget. The office staff is extremely friendly and help full. The office is bright and very clean!

I felt very comfortable with all aspects of the care I received. Dr. Woolsey is very professional and the care I received from her was top notch. I will most definitely be recommending Bayside Eye Care to others. The best experience I've had at an Eye Care Centre. Thank you Bayside!!!

Cannot reccomend her enough, plus the staff has been lovely. I'm so so happy I was referred here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone at Bayside Eyecare are incredibly friendly and caring. Specifically with regards to my severe dry eye and glands issues, Dr Warren is so knowledgeable and the only Doctor that really knew what my symptoms were and options for treatment. Thank you!!
