★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having panic attacks and my doctor suggested counselling. I went to Bayridge Counselling Centre and after a matter of few sessions, I was able to manage my panic attacks. However, depression took a little bit longer time. I felt that the counsellor understood me and used simple tools to help me.
