Batista Towz, -Mike the owner, definitely has put together a highly qualified group of guys who have high standards when it comes to helping those in need or in an emergency situation. These group of collision consultants are beyond professional and courteous, making sure the clients best interest is at heart. Sounds hard to believe, I know- but its true. I have experienced it first hand. Safety is their number one priority for the clients. The first question out of a drivers mouth from Batista Towz is "Are you okay? do you need any assistance from ambulance?" That is how you know you have a respectable tow driver on scene, ready and willing to help. Thank you for your professionalism with regards to this profession. I know if can be one of many reputations-Batista Towz proves those wrong every time :)

Our car broke down on the way to Niagara on my birthday. It was a deadly hot and humid day, but the driver was out there in no time to pick us up and dropped us at our hotel. Later that evening another driver dropped a rental car off at our hotel for us. Thank you to Mike and his drivers! This company comes highly recommended, as they went above and beyond to fix my birthday.

One of my delivery trucks got stopped by the MTO had to be towed, called Mike and with in 15 minutes a truck was there, couldn't ask for any better service. Will for sure be using Mike again.

Got into an accident recently and Dylan appear at the scene shortly after. He helped me get everything sorted out and stuck with me through the process. A very friendly and professional person. I recommend Batista Towz to anybody looking for a reputable towing company.

I was involved in a car crash. Mike showed up the scene and was very concerned about us and our dog. Mike went the extra mile to make sure we were all okay and put us in his truck so we were safe. Will always use and recommend Batista Towz for anyone!!!

Mike and his drivers were really amazing to deal with. My car was stuck in Buffalo New York with the border closed because of COVID. They requested all the required documentation for both US and Canadian border control and got my car with no problems. They pulled off a real miracle for me when there was no way to get across to the US. Will be a customer for life with them!

I got into an accident today that had me in shock for a very long time, I'm probably still in shock right now. Through all the trauma, and disorientation I had the pleasure of a tow truck driver from Batista Towz named Kyle come to my car and talk me down. He was so kind, and worried about my safety and well-being first. He got me into his tow truck car and offered me water and stuck with me for about 3 hours until everything got sorted at the OPP and car star. He did suggest that as an option to take the truck to 3D collision however, was completely understanding when my father said he'd rather go to the preferred body shop recommended by our insurance. He made sure we understood our rights as vehicle owners and the facts about being able to take your car elsewhere. I really appreciated this because it's nice to know all your rights and facts. I can't stress enough the importance of someone like Kyle towing your car versus a jerk towing it. The bill was high however, thank god our insurance company covered the tow bill. I see a lot of people complaining about the cost of the bill but hey.. it's a business with a lot of competition you have to understand that component of it and not rate lower stars for prices. If anyone is in a car accident, I know it can be hard to remember but just inquire about prices before hand. Anyways, I want people to know my great experience with Batista Towz- especially Kyle's help. It just really made my day considering how horrible the people I got into an accident were. He was the voice of reason deescalating your erratic emotions and reminding you that your safety is number one. He mentioned he was a firefighter, I can't remember if he still is or previously was but man is it important people like him do what they do.

Mike & his team are A++++ Every single time I’ve had a roadside issue or one of my family members or friends he has been there to take care of us. Always in a timely manner and true caring professionals for what they do.
