I really like that Dr. Rachel gives us patients wonderful step by step procedural updates during treatments! The Bathurst Finch Dental Office staff deserve the best of the best dental team AAA+++ Award!!!

They booked me in right away. Rachel Kohl was AMAZING. She has a sweet disposition and is very informative. She doesn't try to upsell or do anything extra outside of your visit request. She was gentle and efficient. I told her about my pending insurance and told me I could hold off doing anything else until I had coverage. Did not force me to set up another appointment and told me if my filling falls out within a year it will be free to fix. She peeked inside my mouth and told me about possible areas of concerns, but didn't scare me or tell me to rush back. I had an amazing experience and would recommend her to everyone. Thank you to the team and especially Rachel Kohl.
