★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Diaz is an outstanding dentist. I was recommended by a friend and I am so happy to have found such a compassionate and ethical dentist. When I am in her dental chair, I feel taken care of with patience and respect. The front staff team is very helpful and courteous and tries to accommodate around the schedule. Dr Diaz is a very professional dentist, when planning how to do my filling, her concerns were not about billing and how to maximize profits but instead she prioritized working on the more damage teeth and postponing the rest to avoid paying out of pocket. Thank you Dr Diaz for the great work you do!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy to have found Dr Diaz about 9 years ago. She does excellent work. She discusses what needs to be done and shows me with the imaging screen so I can see the needed work too. She truly cares about her patients. I have always been a nervous patient, but since coming to her for my dental care, I have actually become quite comfortable. All her team is great! A very top level of cleanliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Nubia and her incredible staff are doing a great job following COVID-19 safety guidelines.
I felt completely safe going to Stonebrook dental despite the lockdown.
I haven’t been to the dentist for a couple years.
It was refreshing to see that Dr. Nubia and her staff haven’t changed. Kind, friendly and extremely gentle when working on my teeth.
I will be back for my regular check up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nubia Diaz is the most unprofessional, unpleasant and pretentious person that I have ever dealt with. She believes that because she is a dentist she is better than everyone else. I feel bad for her anyone that she employees because I question her ability to respect others... I'm actually shocked that she even has decent reviews. She treats people like they are below her and talks to them however she wants. I did not had a good experience with her and despite being extremely pleasant towards her she continued to be condescending all because I don't have Dr. in front of my name. As a business owner myself I can never understand her logic or demeaner. She cares more about the money and her title than she does her clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at Stonebrook Dentist last Thursday, April 5 was amazing!
Dr. Diaz and her team Elana and Kaur are, not only friendly and professional but they made me feel safe. One week ago, I felt pain and even brushing was difficult. My neighbour Denise recommended me Stonebrook Dentist and I thank God she did!
Kaur was very welcoming and made me feel a sense of relief that, Yes I am going to the dentist! She immediately booked me an appointment for the next day. She was very helpful and dealt with the insurance company which is always an A+ in my book!
Dr. Diaz was very patient and understanding of my prior terrible experience at the dentist. She spoke to me from her heart and informed me of the best next step for taking care of my teeth.
Elena was also a delight, speaking to her made me forget what I was doing there lol...she even held my hand which I found very comforting because I was honestly terrified even arriving at the building lol. Dr. Diaz and Elana worked very well together,,, they were pretty much in sync :)
Thank you Stonebrook Dentist for an Amazing Team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever since I had fillings done to me as a kid without any numbing agents, I have been scared of dentists. And as a result, I left my teeth untreated for many years.
But all of that changed when I met Dr. Diaz. Her warmth and kindness made me forget all those traumatic experiences.
She did several procedures for me like fillings, a root canal, and braces. All without pain or discomfort.
If you watched her work, you would be amazed by the amount of effort she is putting into every single procedure, and could easily tell that she is a perfectionist and cares a lot about her job and your well being.
My dental health has greatly improved as a result of her diligent care. And I am greatly thankful to her and her team for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Figured this review deserves an update 2 years later. It's still 5 stars, and that's because the quality of care and professionalism Dr. Diaz and her staff have shown has been just as high as my first visit throughout all the visits I've had since. And I've gone a lot, for regular hygiene, a bunch of cavities filled, and now regular appointments for Invisalign treatment.
Another thing worth mentioning is her willingness to explain dental concepts so that it's not just that I'm getting stuff taken care of, it's that I'm understanding my dental issues. Things like how to avoid cracks in teeth getting worse and how to brush so that you're not just wasting your time because you're not getting at the plaque that's a problem for you based on your tooth layout (crowding, etc). I can honestly say that this is the first dentist where I feel like I actually have control over my teeth and gums.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Nubia Diaz is an excellent dentist. She explains all the pros and cons of every treatment, listens to the patient, and takes care of him/her with great attention. She is an outstanding professional and I completely trust her expertise. I feel very comfortable during the procedures and, sometimes I fall asleep. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful in explaining the billing and insurance process. The facility is always clean and well organized. I highly recommend her dental office. Thank you Dr. Diaz for the great experience and quality work you have done on my teeth. My family and I have been pleased with your professional, yet personable, service.
