I went to the store yesterday (Friday) evening, about 10 minutes away from closing time. The staff at the counter was rushing me, body language was very hostile (glaring, slamming things).
Suggestions:
1. Please treat the customer respectfully as you would expect to be treated. Take tips from any of the fast food joints where you are greeted with a smile, your order is taken in an unrushed manner even if you have many items to order, some locations are open 24 hours and still the staff are cheerful.
2.If a customer is going to be treated badly cause its close to closing time, maybe close the store early. As long as the sign says "Open", service has to be top notch. Its okay to walk in and see the floor being mopped but not okay to be treated disrespectfully.
3. Ice cream is synonymous with a fun treat. Why go out of your way to ruin a family's evening. Maybe the person who walked in through the door has worked hard all week and is merely looking to unwind.
I normally leave 5 star reviews as I am a big supporter of small businesses but looking at all the other reviews feel this is a common issue faced by many other customers. Definitely will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here with my boyfriend the other day. I’ve never been here before, I had the strawberry cheesecake ice cream (1 scoop) and I really enjoyed it!
It was such a big scoop , I couldn’t finish it lol.
The line was super long for a minute but the staff attended to everyone pretty quickly. Even with the Covid restrictions (4 people in the store max.) they were able to attend to everyone without keeping us waiting
