Great customer service and the owner is so personal and friendly. I came back a 2nd time and the exact same service. I will continue to only eat my donaira from this place ! Thank-you !
M	Mel Amm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience from May 2021: My husband and ordered after clarifying with the young lady at the register. We repeated our order as we were a little confused. When we received the order, we corrected the staff. They were not too happy with that even though it was not our fault as we had double checked while ordering. the manager then spoke to us as if English was our second language. He said that was a "communication gap" because of the difference in our language and the lady at the counter did not understand what we were saying. It's one thing for them to get the order wrong but the way we were spoken to was absolutely disgusting. Do better!

It's pretty clear the service team gets a bit stressed out when we go in there if they're busy, but they are always polite anyways and the food is always good. Little bit on the pricey side but the portions are big for all the things we've tried. I know these guys are busy with online orders as well, but potentially something like having the team just letting customers know an estimated wait time might help ease the pressure feeling.

The garlic sauce is THE BEST!!! Ingredients are super fresh and the meat has tons of flavor. I didn't get a picture of my shawarma but the do have these awesome cookies brought in, that are also worth trying. I had the date cookie, soft and not dry at all, can't wait to have another... And also the coconut one which was a little sweet for me but still awesome texture and flavor!! I will definitely be stopping here again on my way thru!!! M	Margaret Morton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bright clean establishment was a joy to visit. The staff and owner were very friendly and helpful sorting the large menu for us. The flavours were spot on. Beef and chicken were our choices. I had a shawarma salad and it was filled with loads of fresh veggies a delicious garlic sauce and a big portion of chicken. I did find the chicken to be dry unfortunately. The wraps were large and filled with beef. But my dining mates found it unbalanced as there was so much meat it became heavy and needed something to cut that. They both agreed it was delicious just in need of less meat and some freshness. The fries are superior! Perfectly done. My daughter and friend had a child wrap and it was huge. Probably a great portion for me. We took the rest to go. This is worth another visit as my son has his eye on the taxi fries.

Upon leaving we used the washroom and sadly it reflect how amazing the food & service was. Please stay on top of this and you'll be a true 5 star restaurant. Looking forward to next time.

Nothing pickled included. Not worth the price for the "plates" in my opinion. I would maybe only come back for falafel wrap.
